Dear Lord please hear my humble prayer,

I know you listen and that you care,

Watching over us from Heaven above,
We are all God's creatures in need of your love,

Thank you for giving me a master fair,

Food and shelter and loving care,

Bless those of us whose fate is less kind.
The hungry and cold,
the lame and the blind.

I thank you Lord for the blessings you send,
